Jean-pierre,
Welcome to the world of trying to find parts for these wonderful machines.
For your year and for those with the Bosch FIS system, use 1985 RENAULT FUEGO 2.2L 2152cc when looking for parts and for those with the Bendix FIS use 1989 EAGLE MEDALLION 2.2L.
Those are the ones to select when using places on line like Rockauto and others like them.
Also check this site, I've used them before; http://www.autopartseh.com/index.php
Hope it helps,

Remember to replace one part at a time. Then start up engine and try it out. Then proceed to next part. Otherwise if you change everything at once, and it doesn't start you will not know what is at fault.
Weird stuff can happen even when doing a routine servicing of the ignition system.

Hi

Thank's for your informations and suggestions.
I go to the Napa local auto parts to check with them if they are able to find something for my LS 87 using Fuego 85 reference.

Next thing i want to try is to find out technical information how to set valve job, by myself....it's seem to me not a so big job?? Will see but my final decision is not choosen.
Merci

Jean-Pierre,
Setting the valves is fairly easy. Look in your service manual, 87-89, starting on page B5-1.
The write up is good and tells you step by step what to do.
